Let's talk about the elephant in the room, the one dressed in a white coat and holding a prescription pad. We're shelling out billions for psych meds, a staggering amount for a system built on… well, what exactly?

And the numbers are chilling. Half of the adult population, and a mind-blowing one in four teenagers, are on these medications in some countries, OR EVEN MORE. Are we truly riddled with inherent chemical flaws? Or are we medicating a deeper societal malaise?
Meanwhile, the very foundations of our well-being are ignored. When was the last time your doctor delved into your diet, your nutrient intake? Is it any wonder that the United States leads the world not only in psychotropic drug use but also in cancer, obesity, and insulin resistance? And yes, this tragic statistic includes our children. A chronically unwell child? In a purely cynical light, it's a long-term revenue stream.
But there's a revolution brewing, a return to common sense: preventative wellness. It's not a vague concept; it's measurable. It's not just ethical; it's inherently profitable in the long run. And most importantly, it works.
